Sometimes these things do turn out to be a false alarm, but it's not like Siren Cove doesn't have it's history of weird things happening. He would take any case seriously, but this is also the Jungs. He is almost glad he got the phone call tonight instead of him since it is about Valeria. He scrubs a hand over his face and then sighs.
"Okay---" He gestures for her to move off the sidewalk. "Why don't we just go inside? You can tell me everything," he says in a calm voice, the type they teach them to use in heightened emotional situations.
